What services do you provide? – Beaconway Productions offers conference and event videography, conference and event photography, conference headshot stations, corporate headshots, and video production including recap videos, interviews and testimonials, brand awareness videos.

Do you charge travel fees? – No, we only require our hourly or day rate plus rooms for whoever will be on site. you won’t have to worry about flights, Ubers, meals, rental cars, luggage fees and more, we take care of all that.

Do you offer same-day edits for photos and videos? – Yes, for select projects, such as headshots or event highlights, upon request. This service is subject to availability and additional fees, if this is something you’re interested in  please let us know.

Do you provide both UNEDITED files and edited deliverables? – Yes, we typically provide fully edited photos and videos. If you require unedited files, we can include them for an additional fee, which covers the transfer and management of those files.

How long does it take to receive the final photos and videos? – For photography, 5 business days. For videography, about 2 weeks, depending on the complexity of the project. If you have a deadline, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to take care of your needs.

How far in advance should we book you for our event? – The sooner, the better. All you have to do is signed the contract and make a deposit to officially add you to our calendar. Dates are reserved on a first-come basis.
